How much does it cost to rent an ice cream cart?

Costs depend on factors such as the number of people, portions of ice cream, location distance, event duration, etc. Send us your event details and we will provide you a price quote.

Does it need electricity?

No, our car is autonomous. Its battery maintains the temperature all day long.

How many guests can you serve with the ice cream cart?

Our minimum order quantity is 300 servings. There is no set upper limit—we can also accommodate larger events. For particularly large events, we can arrange for additional ice cream deliveries upon request.

Can I rent the ice cream cart for 20-30 people?

Unfortunately not. For this number of people you don't need more than 4 kg of ice cream. Our cart is designed for 30 kg of ice. For small events we offer ice in thermal boxes (also with service staff if necessary).

Are there any vegan ice cream flavors?

Yes, we also offer vegan ice cream flavors. Even popular flavors like chocolate and pistachio are available in vegan versions at our store.

How far do you deliver the ice cream cart?

We offer our ice cream cart for events in Berlin and the surrounding area. For events farther away, we’d be happy to explore custom options.

Can I have the ice cream cart customized with my own branding?

Custom branding of the ice cream cart is generally possible, provided that the existing surfaces and decals are not damaged.
We would be happy to handle the branding for you. The cost is based on the actual time spent by our team, as well as the production and printing costs charged by external service providers.
Alternatively, branding materials can also be provided by the customer. In this case, there are no additional costs for branding the ice cream cart.

How far in advance should I book the ice cream cart?

We recommend booking the ice cream cart as early as possible—ideally at least one month before the event. Our dates fill up quickly, especially during peak season.

What payment options are available for the ice cream cart?

We offer various payment options. Depending on the event, you can book on a prepaid basis or on a minimum-sales threshold. For large festivals or events with booth fees, we’re happy to find a customized solution that fits your event's specific conditions.
