No, the semifreddo (semi-frozen mousse) and the mirror glaze protect the temperature and consistency of the ice cream, making our cakes easy to transport.

How can I order an ice cream cake?

You can easily order ice cream cakes from us on our website or in our café. Haven't found the design and flavors you want? Then write us your wishes by email or WhatsApp and we will help you with your order.

Can I order an ice cream cake by phone?

Unfortunately not. We are always ready to advise you over the phone and answer your questions. However, orders can only be placed in writing. This way we can guarantee flawless execution.

Where should I store my ice cream cake?

Ice cream cakes are stored in the freezer like any other frozen product, so when ordering, make sure you have somewhere to store them. If not, we will deliver the cake at the time you request.

Can I store my ice cream cake in the fridge?

No. Thanks to our special manufacturing technique, our ice cream cakes do not melt for about an hour and can be transported well. However, they are ice cream and must be kept in the freezer.

I chose self-collection. When can I pick it up?

You can pick up your cake every day during the café's opening hours. As soon as the cake is ready, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. If you need to pick up the cake outside of opening hours , call or write to us and we will arrange a time.

I would like to have my cake delivered. When will it be delivered?

When ordering, you can choose a delivery time window. We will contact you later to confirm the exact delivery time.

Do you also deliver the ice cream cakes nationwide?

No, unfortunately we only deliver our cakes in Berlin and Brandenburg so that we can guarantee freshness and the best appearance.

How much does it cost to deliver an ice cream cake?

The cost of delivering an ice cream cake depends on the distance and varies between 10 and 30 euros. Prices for delivery to more distant areas of Brandenburg are negotiable, write to us to discuss the details.

Why can't I select the delivery date on the website?

It may be that we don't have any capacity at the moment. However, you are welcome to contact us and ask if we have a ready-made cake on site.

How many days in advance do I need to order my ice cream cake?

It is best to order your cake 5 to 7 days in advance.
Please order ice cream cakes with elaborate chocolate decorations and individual requests 14 days in advance.
