Delivery time

The total delivery time consists of preparation time and shipping time, as every product is made individually to order.

Preparation time (made to order)

All products are freshly handcrafted after your order is placed.

  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Express: 2 business days

Standard Shipping within Germany

(Marshmallows, Chocolate Truffles, Pralines & Macarons)

  • DHL shipping – 3–5 business days
  • Shipping costs: €5.40
  • Minimum order value: €10
  • Free shipping on orders over €50

Free shipping does not apply to Large, Medium and Premium Marshmallow Bouquets or Flower Baskets. Shipping for these items is €7.50.

Delivery information

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, delays may occasionally occur.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, so we can plan the shipment accordingly.

🍰 Local delivery for Ice Cream Cakes, Cakes & Semifreddo

For quality reasons, these products are delivered only locally within Berlin and Brandenburg at your preferred delivery time.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance from our production facility at Rennbahnstraße 21, 13086 Berlin.

Wedding Cakes & Corporate Events

For larger occasions, such as wedding cakes and corporate orders, we offer:

  • Free delivery on orders over €350
  • Delivery outside our regular delivery zones upon request
  • Personal consultation and scheduling—please contact us in advance

Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days. Please note that custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
